Geometric/Retro goodness.

My lovely mother gave this book to me as a early Christmas present, Flashback: A Tribute to Classic Art in Contemporary Graphics. This book is full of inspiration and design that I love. Here are a few samples:

Not only is this book full of beautiful retro inspired contemporary design but the packaging of the book and the print is just gorgeous.

ilovetypography.com is a brilliant resource full of tutorials, fonts and the like to keep people who are interested in typography happy. The site even has a full tutorial on how to make typefaces! Really invaluable site, go visit here.

Redesign

I am currently working on my website jenniferscott.co.uk and I've been designing myself a logo that I feel reflects my design interests quite well. I've always had a passion for pattern (geometric in particular), purples/reds/yellows are my favorite colour combinations and I like working with clean and simple design.
